Thirst Refresher

Serves: 2-4 People Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0 minutes

Ingredients:

½ Small Watermelon
1 Honeydew Melon
Mint Leaves (to taste)

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Chill both melons before juicing

  2. Scoop out watermelon pulp and juice

  3. Cut honeydew melon into pieces and juice also

  4. Combine the two juices and pour into a glass filled with mint leaves, stir and enjoy.

  5. Bruise the mint leaves a little before using them if you want a stronger mint taste.
Serving Suggestions:

Add some mineral water to the juices for a lighter taste. You can change the honeydew melon for a rockmelon if you want to experiment with different flavors, but remember to keep the watermelon in the recipe. For a more tropical treat, try adding the juice of one mango to the mixture.
