- The competition is open to anybody in any country.
- The prizes for this competition are:

- Competition closes on Wednesday 31st May 2006 and will be drawn on 14th June 2006.
- Any unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn on 28th June 2006 in a "Second Chance Draw".
- Only fully completed surveys will be eligible to win a prize.
- Your e-mail address will be used for the sole purposes of administering these regular survey competitions.
- Any personally identifiable information will never be made available to any third party what so ever and will only be used by The Natural Health Directory to identify you and send you any prize(s) if you win.
- You agree to allow us to publish your name, suburb, state and country on this website if you win any prize.
- Advertisers in The Natural Health Directory, their employees, families and friends are not eligible to enter these survey competitions.
- No correspondence will be entered into and The Natural Health Directory has the final decision.
NOTE - Cheating by any means to get extra chances of winning is not fair to other contestants and is not tolerated by The Natural Health Directory. Although attempts at cheating may look like you have another entry, our "back-end" checking process will eliminate all cheaters from the competition immediately, removing any chances of winning any prize.
