Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to anybody in any country.

2. The prizes for this competition are:
   • First Prize - One (1) Mega Health Pack

   • Third Prize - One (1) Mini Health Pack
   
   
   • Fourth Prize - One of Five (5) Vitamin & Mineral Charts

3. Competition closes on Friday 10th October 2008 and will be drawn on 20th October 2008.

4. Winners will be notified by e-mail and published on The Natural Health Directory website.

5. Any unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn on 31st October 2008 in a "Second Chance Draw".

6. Only fully completed surveys will be eligible to win a prize.

7. All winners should allow 8 to 10 weeks from the "Second Chance Draw" date to receive prizes.

8. Your e-mail address will be used for the sole purposes of administering these regular survey competitions.

9. Any personally identifiable information will never be made available to any third party what so ever and will only be used by The Natural Health Directory to identify you and send you any prize(s) if you win.

10. You agree to allow us to publish your name, suburb, state and country on this website if you win any prize.

11. Advertisers in The Natural Health Directory, their employees, families and friends are not eligible to enter these survey competitions.

12. No correspondence will be entered into and The Natural Health Directory has the final decision.
